Job summary

Credence is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to support HQ AFMC A4/10 in Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on providing secure IT infrastructure, IA/security administration, and endpoint management in SCIF environments.

Candidates should have a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a BA/BS plus years of relevant experience, and strong DoD IT knowledge to interact with multiple DoD stakeholders and ensure mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Must have an active or current Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility.
• BA/BS and at least three (3) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline with proper certifications required in the labor category performance requirements
• OR six (6) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the labor category performance requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Information Technology Specialist support within SCIFs for DoD agencies and HQ AFMC.
• Provide IA and technical security administrative assistance, IT endpoint administration and support, network engineering assistance, and ISSM/ISSO support.
• Install, maintain, audit, and support a secure Windows endpoint environment.
• Interface with AFMC HQ customers and provide IT-related support to resolve technical issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performance.
• Perform periodic maintenance, hardware upgrades and configuration changes.
