Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the IT SOX program, ensuring controls supporting financial reporting are well-designed, effective, and scalable. The role requires deep IT SOX/ITGC, SAP, and cloud expertise, plus strong knowledge of enterprise systems, data flows, and end-to-end processes.

You will partner with the Senior Director, RAAS, IT, Finance, control owners, co-sourced testing providers, and external auditors to drive an efficient program, own the roadmap, and coach a growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• CPA, CISA, CIA, CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10+ years of IT SOX, IT audit, or technology risk experience, ideally with Big Four or large public company.
• Hands-on SAP experience including SAP security and integration with SOX; cloud experience preferred.
• Experience managing outsourced or co-sourced audit relationships with external auditors.
• People leadership experience developing and growing a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT SOX program from planning to reporting, aligning with SOX PMO, Finance, control owners, our co-sourced provider, and external auditors.
• Shape the IT SOX roadmap and operating model to stay ahead of changes in Adobe's business and technology landscape.
• Be the trusted counterpart for our external auditor on IT SOX matters, balancing efficiency with assurance quality.
• Drive automation, analytics, and continuous monitoring to improve program effectiveness.
• Coach and develop audit professionals and foster an inclusive, high-accountability culture.
