Job summary

Amazon seeks an experienced ERP Controls and Security Manager to design and implement controls, security, and access-governance across the Finance ERP transformation. You will partner with Accounting, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Information Security, and SAP teams to embed controls through design, build, testing, deployment and operations.

You will translate regulatory and audit requirements into auditable ERP controls, lead testing, and establish monitoring for control effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of ERP controls, role-based access, separation of duties, or access-governance capabilities.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or comparable ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define role-based access and authorization requirements supporting business duties while ensuring segregation of duties.
• Establish user provisioning, access approvals, privileged access, emergency access, and periodic certification.
• Design automated application controls across financial processes with Accounting and Internal Controls.
• Define segregation-of-duties rules, evaluate conflicts, and support remediation of risks.
• Collaborate across teams to embed controls in design, build, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Ensure ERP designs meet ITGC, SOX, data-protection, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead controls and security testing, including design validation, role testing, and audit-evidence readiness.
• Establish monitoring and reporting for access risks, control exceptions, and remediation status.
