Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Senior SAP Security Analyst to own SAP security, user access, and role governance across SAP S/4HANA in a global environment. The role emphasizes SOX controls, ITGC, SoD, and audit readiness.

Hybrid work in Chicago, IL, with three days onsite. The incumbent will collaborate with internal audit, business stakeholders, and AMS providers to implement secure, compliant SAP processes and drive remediation activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP Security, Access Management, and IT Controls experience.
• Strong SOX/ITGC and SoD audit compliance background.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA security and RBAC experience.
• Familiar with Fiori security and access controls aligned with SOX/ITGC/SoD requirements.
• Experience with user provisioning and access governance in complex SAP environments.
• Experience with Fastpath (Delinea) or similar SAP GRC tools.
• Proven track record supporting audits and remediation efforts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP security, user access, and role governance across SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead SOX controls, ITGC compliance, SoD, and periodic access reviews.
• Manage user provisioning, access requests, role design, and privileged access processes.
• Drive implementation and ongoing administration of SAP controls and audit tools.
• Partner with internal audit, external auditors, and business stakeholders to support compliance initiatives and remediation activities.
• Identify and improve security control processes, access governance procedures, and risk management practices.
• Support SAP projects, upgrades, acquisitions, and new entity integrations from a security and controls perspective.
• Provide guidance to internal teams, AMS providers, and consultants on SAP security standards and best practices.
