• Experience driving supplier performance and continuous improvement.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier strategy and relationships for IT, services, and outsourced work.
• Develop global commodity strategies aligned with business goals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance scorecards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Legal, and Supply Chain to align sourcing.
• Monitor market trends and drive cost, quality and delivery improvements.
