Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a senior IT solution architect to drive architecture and design for National products initiatives in California. You will work with business partners to translate requirements into implementable solutions, coordinating across Kaiser IT teams and vendors to deliver launches in Commercial, Medicare, and other lines.

The role requires strong leadership and communication, with responsibility for validating systems, conducting research, and guiding cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field; 8+ years IT consulting, business analysis, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments (2+ years).
• Strong solution architecture background and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for National products initiatives.
• Translate requirements into workable technical solutions with IT/System teams and vendors.
• Drive evaluation of third-party vendors and maintain standardized tools/processes.
• Provide guidance to senior management on integration of requirements with systems and business processes.
