Job summary

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Technical Leader to drive the development of internet applications, software tools, and cloud-based integrations. You will partner with product teams to define the product vision and oversee end-to-end delivery across CMS, cloud apps, and traditional integrations.

You will guide architecture, design, development, and testing of member-facing systems while ensuring alignment with KP IT security and development standards, leading cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; six years of software development experience may substitute.
Minimum five years in projects with SDLC implementation.
Minimum two years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
Minimum four years developing and/or implementing web-based applications.
Minimum three years experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Minimum three years experience with web app frameworks (Angular, HTML5, CSS, GraphQL).

Responsibilities

Oversee business-specific projects applying deep subject-matter expertise; develop work plans to meet priorities; coordinate resources and influence task completion.
