Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 20+ years of related experience.
• Proven track record leading or contributing to winning complex government contracts over $100M.
• Experience with federal procurement processes and contract vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in deal assessments and provide recommendations to maximize win probability.
• Mentor Capture Managers, BD teams, and solution architects across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to improve deal quality and proposal content.
