Job summary

SAIC seeks an experienced Capture Solutions Architect Director in the Solutions & Technology group. Based in Chantilly, VA, with a hybrid option in Reston or Arlington, this role reports to the Intel Space CTO and leads technical solutions for government captures.

The candidate translates complex requirements into winning proposals, develops architectures and roadmaps, and collaborates with SMEs and capture managers to differentiate solutions. An active TS clearance with Poly is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 20 years of experience.
• Masters and 16 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development for new captures and proposals.
• Author and develop technical volumes, white papers, and solution narratives.
• Analyze and decompose complex government requirements across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with capture managers, BD leads, and SMEs to shape winning strategies.
• Drive technical innovation by integrating emerging technologies into proposed solutions.
• Develop solution architectures including system designs and roadmaps.
• Engage with government customers during pre-RFP shaping activities.
• Support cost and pricing teams with technical basis of estimates and WBS.
