Job summary

SAIC's Solutions & Technology group seeks an experienced Capture Solutions Architect Director, preferably based in Chantilly, VA, with hybrid options in Reston or Arlington. The role reports to the Intel Space CTO and leads the technical effort across government opportunities, translating requirements into compelling, winning technical solutions.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS clearance (TS/SCI with Poly preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years in systems engineering, solutions architecture, or related discipline.
• Active U.S. Citizenship and TS clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with Poly.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government customers, IC or Classified Space.
• Proven track record in defense proposals and capture activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development for new captures and proposals in response to government RFPs, RFIs, and Sources Sought notices.
• Author and develop technical volumes, white papers, and solution narratives from concept to completion.
• Analyze and decompose complex government requirements across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with capture managers and SMEs to shape winning strategies.
• Develop architectures, roadmaps, and prototypes tailored to customer needs.
