• 3+ years designing, building, and deploying large-scale production solutions.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and document code, scripts, and processes following standards.
• Solve technical problems and build impactful components/libraries.
• Deliver high-quality work and mentor junior engineers.
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead action plans.
• Design integrated systems enabling cross-functional teams at scale.
• Manage technical debt and drive elimination initiatives.
• Anticipate scaling and durability challenges and guide teams.
• Collaborate with security teams to embed secure practices early.
• Assess risks and implement prevention strategies.
• Evaluate squad delivery, drive improvements, and promote reuse.
