Job summary

PTS Advance seeks a Contract Specialist III to lead IT software contracting and procurement across MSAs, SaaS, cloud, licensing, and related agreements. This contract role supports legal, procurement, cybersecurity, finance, and IT stakeholders to manage complex agreements through the full lifecycle.

Based in Houston, TX or Bartlesville, OK, the ideal candidate brings 8+ years negotiating IT software contracts, deep knowledge of licensing models, and proven ability to run RFPs/RFIs and parallel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years negotiating IT software contracts.
• Experience with MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, SaaS, and cloud agreements.
• Ability to manage multiple negotiations and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and IT stakeholders.
• Manage RFPs and RFIs and record keeping.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while maximizing value.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and contracting standards.
