Global Technical Talent, an Inc. 5000 Company, is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist III to support IT software contracting and procurement. This hands‑on role requires independently managing complex software agreements from inception through execution.

You will review, redline, and negotiate software, SaaS, cloud, licensing, and related agreements, coordinating with Legal, Cybersecurity, and Finance while driving value and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years negotiating and redlining IT software contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and related agreements.
• Hands-on experience leading complex IT software negotiations from initiation to execution.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts, renewals, RFPs/RFIs and competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT software agreements through full lifecycle: requirements, review, redlining, negotiation, execution, renewals and post‑execution activities.
• Review and negotiate master agreements, software/cloud agreements, SOWs, NDAs, POC agreements, renewals and licensing.
• Perform due diligence, issue spotting, confidentiality reviews and license validation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, Finance, IT, and SAM to address requirements and terms.
• Lead RFP and RFI activities and independently own assigned contracts from initiation to execution.
• Identify procurement risks and opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership.
