Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits in Kentucky seeks a Senior Analyst - Site Support to act as a bridge between business and IT, resolving tickets within SLA and providing hands-on support for software, hardware, and devices at the Maker’s Mark facility in Loretto.

This role requires strong customer service, Windows 10/Office 365 expertise, ITIL awareness, and the ability to document issues for knowledge bases while coordinating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or educational equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar IT support role.
• Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, and related hardware.
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Represent IT to the business and be the voice of IT.
• Log, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level IT support for applications, hardware, and devices.
• Document support information for KB articles and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with Global Service Delivery teams and remote/onsite staff.
