Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT Systems Administration experience.
• Experience with network troubleshooting, desktop and server support.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Entra; MSP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage, resolve, and escalate IT tickets for timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues, network, and server problems.
• Work with AD, Office365 and related systems to fulfill requests.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team success.
