Job summary

A leading IT services provider is seeking a Sr. Service Desk Engineer in Arlington, VA for a 3-month contract-to-hire position. Responsibilities include deploying laptops, supporting users, and managing Mobile Device Management solutions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Senior Helpdesk/Service Desk experience.
• Proven experience with Mobile Device Management (Intune, JAMF, or similar).
• Experience with OS deployment and imaging (PLUS OS Deployer or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Set up and deploy laptops with golden images.
• Implement and maintain Mobile Device Management solutions.
• Handle Tier 1–3 support tickets and troubleshoot issues.
