Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Senior IT Security Operations Engineer, Corporate Infrastructure, to join a remote US team with hybrid preference for San Jose. You will manage operational health of ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and Cloud Security programs, tune policies, and drive security automation while supporting AI and CSPM/DSPM initiatives.

You will collaborate across environment owners, support teams, and product groups to improve security outcomes, respond to incidents, and continuously enhance security workflows

Qualifications

• Experience in IT security operations and cloud security architectures.
• Strong understanding of zero trust concepts and posturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and policy tuning for ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, AI Security, and Cloud Security.
• Configure and maintain zero trust policies covering user-to-application access and SSL/TLS inspection.
• Deploy CSPM/DSPM policies and collaborate with environment owners on remediation.
• Use ZDX to monitor application performance and security telemetry to identify root causes.
• Assist with incident response, SOP documentation, and automation of repetitive workflows.
