Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years in IT, and strong leadership with knowledge of CMMC and security practices. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in IT projects, networking or systems engineering.
• Security certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco or Linux are a plus.
• U.S. citizenship required due to facility work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the IT team across networks, hardware, and software.
• Mentor staff on security, troubleshooting, and professional skills.
• Procure and maintain all IT infrastructure for the company.
• Develop the Annual Operating Plan for IT.
• Oversee LAN/WAN implementations and performance.
• Monitor security, respond to threats, and ensure CMMC compliance.
• Establish IT guidelines and best practices.
