Job summary

Arista Networks is seeking a Senior Manager - IT Security in Raleigh, NC. You will lead a seasoned IT security team, shape the company’s cybersecurity strategy, and ensure initiatives align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee security technologies, incident response, and risk management while collaborating with the CISO team and senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field preferred.
• 15+ years in IT security with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and implement security strategies and programs.
• Strong understanding of security technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with incident response and management.
• Familiarity with relevant security standards, regulations, and policies.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the IT security team.
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve potential.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
• Develop and execute the cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals and regulations.
