Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation in West Palm Beach, FL, seeks a Principal IT Security Engineer to lead enterprise security across data centers, cloud platforms, and plant networks. The role emphasizes Zero Trust, microsegmentation, and secure connectivity to protect systems and data throughout the organization.

As the technical lead, you design, implement, and operate security controls, collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams, and drive the security architecture roadmap for 1–3

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of hands-on experience in enterprise Information Security engineering.
• Proven experience designing and operating enterprise security controls such as firewalls, segmentation, VPN/ZTNA, NAC, EDR, and SIEM at scale.
• Experience with manufacturing or plant IT/OT boundary is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate enterprise security controls across endpoints, servers, business applications, data, cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Lead the design and rollout of network microsegmentation and zone-based architectures across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Function as SME for security integrations and authentication elements, including MFA, SSO, and email security solutions.
• Engineer and maintain secure connectivity between corporate IT and plant networks at the IT/OT boundary.
• Collaborate with teams to design and review security architectures for new and existing systems and SaaS platforms.
• Develop, test, and maintain incident detection and response playbooks for enterprise security events.
