Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Senior IT Security Engineer in Operations & Engineering to lead design, implementation, and operation of enterprise cybersecurity across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Network, Cloud Operations, and Development teams to strengthen our security posture.

The role requires a strong technical foundation in endpoint, cloud, IAM, vulnerability management, and security monitoring, balancing engineering with hands‑on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, security operations, or infrastructure security.
• Experience with enterprise security technologies (EDR, SIEM, IAM, vulnerability management, cloud security).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft security technologies (Defender, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune).
• Experience supporting incident response, vulnerability management, and security investigations.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, Zero Trust).
• Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity technologies across endpoint, network, cloud, and identity platforms.
• Evaluate and optimize security tools and controls to improve security posture.
• Support development and implementation of cybersecurity standards and roadmaps.
• Partner with IT teams to integrate security into infrastructure and application designs.
• Support security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response activities.
• Develop runbooks and documentation for operational procedures.
• Stay current on emerging threats and industry best practices.
