Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years IT/cybersecurity with 5+ years in security architecture roles.
• Experience designing security controls for large, global environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and maintain Gentherm's enterprise security architecture across cloud, network, identity, and data domains.
• Lead security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and remediation planning for new technologies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed secure-by-design principles and governance.
• Ensure alignment with NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, GDPR, and other regs.
• Drive Zero Trust, IAM, MFA, PAM, and cloud identity security designs across platforms.
• Support incident response, threat modeling, and vulnerability management efforts.
