Job summary

Argo Cyber Systems is seeking an IT Requirements Manager III to support a DHS cybersecurity modernization mission. You will bridge operational needs with technical solutions, drive measurable outcomes, and coordinate across mission teams in a government facility environment.

Ideal candidates have deep experience in requirements analysis, use cases, and agile workflows, with active U.S. security clearance and a track record of delivering traceable requirements for complex technology insertions.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience with requirements development, use case and user story creation.
• Ability to coordinate with DHS and other federal customers; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead use case identification and prioritization with mission stakeholders.
• Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings.
• Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements.
• Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions.
• Define measurable objectives and success criteria for technology initiatives.
• Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders.
• Support governance reviews with business impact analysis.
• Create stakeholder communications and status reports.
• Manage requirements traceability throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Support leadership alignment with briefings and documentation.
• Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement processes.
