Qualifications

• Strong requirements development and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead use-case development and stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead use case identification and prioritization with mission stakeholders.
• Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings.
• Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements.
• Develop business cases and measurable success criteria.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the lifecycle.
• Support governance reviews with business impact analysis.
