Job summary

Argo Cyber Systems seeks an experienced Application Developer III to join a U.S. Government program in Arlington, VA. The role is on-site with hybrid options and requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with DHS EOD suitability.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Secret clearance within 1 year
• DHS Suitability required
• 8+ years of direct software development experience
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and NodeJS
• Strong front-end and back-end framework knowledge
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) a plus
• Experience with SQL/Oracle/MySQL
• Experience with Pytest/JUnit/Java Spring/Hibernate/ReactJS
• Experience leading multiple software teams
• Agile development experience
• Linux/Unix experience
• Jenkins/CloudBees experience

Responsibilities

• Full stack development of web applications (front-end and back-end)
• Automated and smoke testing; unit and integration testing
• Performance optimization for speed and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements
• Write clean, maintainable code and resolve defects
• Manage authentication, authorization, and sessions
• Integrate with third-party services and APIs
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy applications to AWS/Azure/GCP
• Monitor performance and reliability
