The State of Wyoming's Enterprise Technology Services is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted advisor between ETS and state agencies. You will translate agency needs into strategic IT initiatives, champion cross-agency collaboration, and oversee multi-year roadmaps that align technology with public objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive work experience in enterprise technology management.
• Experience translating business needs into strategic IT initiatives.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (ITIL/COBIT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between ETS and assigned agencies.
• Translate business needs into scalable IT solutions.
