Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Information Technology (IT) Business Relationship Manager to support our US IT Business Partner. You will track metrics, organize workstreams, and coordinate global IT resources to address complex issues, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading IT projects, reporting on financial and operational metrics, and ensuring projects are on time and within budget, while presenting IT concepts to non-technical

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant IT/Finance/BRM experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Data analytics and statistics understanding.
• Experience interpreting corporate financial reports; IT budgeting is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills and building and maintaining strong relationships with partners at all levels of the organization.
• Analyze, report, and respond to financial and operational metrics.
• Organize and oversee various workstreams with the IT Business Partner, tracking progress, and providing follow-up communications.
• Coordinate global IT resources to elevate issues.
• Draft e-mails, presentations, and other communications for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategy and objectives.
• Identify IT needs and solutions to support business strategy.
• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of IT projects.
• Ensure IT projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Present and explain complex IT concepts and issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor the outcomes of IT services in meeting business needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and regulatory requirements.
