Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT or related area; HS diploma acceptable with experience.
• 5 years of work experience in software testing/engineering.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Experience leading QA teams in multi-platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop manual and automated test plans and data.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and platform testing.
• Lead and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex solutions.
• Design and optimize advanced automation frameworks and tools.
• Manage work direction, lead and mentor team members.
• Analyze and resolve complex quality issues with advanced debugging.
• Define and track quality metrics and report to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards.
