Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop manual and automated test plans, cases, and data.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, performance, and platform testing.
• Lead and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex solutions, including non-functional testing.
• Design, develop, and optimize advanced automation frameworks and tools.
• Manage work direction and provide feedback to team members.
• Analyze and resolve complex quality issues using debugging techniques.
• Define and track quality metrics and share insights with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards.
• Implement quality tools and best practices across IT.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
