Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 5 years of software testing/engineering experience.
• Experience working in regulated environments and HIPAA awareness.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop manual and automated test plans, cases, and data based on requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, performance, stress, and platform testing.
• Lead and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex solutions including non-functional testing.
• Design, develop, and optimize advanced automation frameworks and tools.
• Manage work direction, lead, influence, and mentor team members.
• Analyze and resolve complex quality issues using advanced debugging techniques.
• Define and track quality metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards.
• Implement quality tools, services, and best practices across IT.
• Other duties as assigned
