Job summary

Unió Digital is seeking a Senior IT Projects Engineer in Tucson, AZ to plan and run complex client onboarding, standardization, and migration projects. You will own delivery from scope through go-live, coordinating service desk, field, and client stakeholders.

You should have 5+ years in MSP project services or enterprise IT, with deep Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred, plus strong networking skills including firewall, VPN/ZTNA, and multi-site

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSP project services or enterprise IT project lead role.
• Deep Microsoft 365 + Azure expertise; Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-500) preferred.
• Strong networking (firewall config, VPN/ZTNA, segmentation).
• PMP or equivalent project management discipline.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage complex client onboarding, standardization, and migration projects end-to-end.
• Lead M365 tenant migrations, identity consolidation, and security hardening initiatives.
• Design and deploy networking changes (firewall replacement, ZTNA rollout, multi-site connectivity).
• Coordinate across service desk, field, and client stakeholders for project success.
• Document each project for smooth handoff to the recurring service team.
