Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• 10+ years of professional IT experience in Software Development (AngularJS, Kendo, C#, .NET, Oracle).
• 10+ years of professional IT experience in Business Systems Analysis (requirements formulation, Tier 1/2 support, system testing).
• 10+ years of professional IT experience in Database Administration (Oracle 19c, Oracle 26ai).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal IT teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
• Produce clear and concise technical documentation (requirements, statements of work).
• Support application development efforts.
• Assist with application operations and maintenance activities.
