Job summary

The Culinary Institute of America is seeking an IT Project and Program Manager to plan, lead, and ensure on-time delivery of technology initiatives ranging from routine operational tasks to mid-size, cross-functional agile projects. This role will establish and maintain project management standards, templates, and governance used across IT and by key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years managing IT projects and improving PM processes.
• Experience coordinating with internal delivery teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close a portfolio of IT initiatives including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and apply hybrid approaches as needed.
• Track status, risks, issues, and budget, escalating blockers as required.
• Develop and maintain standard PM methodologies, templates, and governance.
