SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead analysis, development, implementation, and documentation of information systems. You will manage planning, scheduling, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery of technology projects aligned with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of IT project management experience, PMP certification, and hands-on experience with Oracle Unifier and Primavera, including

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in information technology roles involving: Strategic initiatives, Technology project management, IT systems implementation, Related IT project leadership.
• Experience with Oracle Unifier and Primavera.
• Local candidates, or those able to travel during peak periods within the project lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of project, program, and product management methodologies.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Scrum project environments.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource assignments.
• Coordinate project requirements, tasks, work assignments, and technical resources.
• Define project objectives and system development requirements in alignment with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project development and implementation.
• Mentor and provide technical direction to project team members.
• Monitor project activities, deliverables, documentation, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Prepare and review technical specifications for information systems.
• Develop and manage system testing, implementation, and deployment plans.
• Monitor testing and implementation activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate project workflows using Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders.
• Track project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, changes, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
• Perform additional project management and technical responsibilities as assigned.
