Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with hybrid waterfall and scrum methodologies.
• Experience in scheduling, cost controls, risk and issue management.
• Ability to gather requirements and support IT Business Analysts.
• Ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts.
• Vendor management to ensure SOW milestones.
• Oversee testing to achieve UAT signoff.

Responsibilities

• Create, staff and lead project teams with cross‑functional coordination.
• Establish and maintain stakeholder communications and status reporting.
• Plan projects covering scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality.
• Execute projects within scope, cost, and schedule; manage plans and governance.
• Deliver compelling presentations to senior management and sponsors.
