Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects from initiation through closure, ensuring successful execution within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. The role requires collaboration with sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams and follows established PM methodologies and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in project management, including large engineering projects.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Planisware, and similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Develop charters, objectives, deliverables, and resource plans with sponsors.
• Monitor plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Provide clear status updates to stakeholders, PMOs, and leadership.
• Coordinate staffing with functional managers and ensure governance compliance.
• Track financials, forecasts, and recovery plans across fiscal periods.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead project closeout activities.
