Job summary

Integer is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with PMO leadership to drive IT project portfolios in a regulated environment. You will initiate, plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring deliverables meet scope, time, and budget while aligning with strategic roadmaps.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in IT project management with 2–3 years supervising teams, strong PM methodologies, and excellent stakeholder communication. Strong knowledge of SDLC/ERP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; PMI certification preferred.
• 7–10 years IT experience with 2–3 years direct supervision or IT project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, regulatory and quality requirements (QMS, FDA, policies).
• Initiates, plans, executes, and closes projects per PM methodology; tracks plans and results.
• Defines and implements department project management methodology with tollgates and deliverables.
• Establishes PMO processes and reporting; aligns roadmaps with business needs.
• Performs other duties as required.
