Valley Health is seeking a Manager of IS Project Management and Professional Services to lead the PMO and drive successful delivery of complex initiatives. You will guide the project management and professional services teams, set goals, mentor staff, and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Information Systems/Business, 5 years of large-project leadership, and PMP certification, plus strong communication and governance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or relevant area.
• 5 years of experience managing/leading large projects.
• PMP certification required.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and resources across multiple initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Expertise in developing, maintaining, and managing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and dependencies.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and best practices.
• Ability to make sound, data-driven decisions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing changing priorities, organizational needs, and project risks.
• Proficiency with project portfolio management (PPM), project management, collaboration, and reporting tools.
