Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Palm Beach Gardens, FL to lead enterprise-scale OT cybersecurity, resiliency, and infrastructure initiatives for the PGD Engineering and Operations Support Services organization. You will partner with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, IT, and vendors to enhance security and reliability of generation control systems and critical assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience leading large-scale technology projects.
• Experience managing enterprise cybersecurity, network, infrastructure, SCADA, or OT initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical and business units.
• Experience in electric utility or critical infrastructure environments preferred.
• Familiarity with NERC CIP, industrial cybersecurity, SCADA systems, network infrastructure, and control systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of complex cybersecurity and technology programs across PGD.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across PGD Operations, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, E&C, and third-party vendors.
• Drive project governance processes, tollgates, status reporting, and executive communications.
