Job summary

Onset Technologies is seeking an IT Project Manager with deep Oracle ERP expertise to lead large-scale ERP implementations, including Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS, across complex enterprise environments. You will drive governance, budgets, and cross-functional delivery, coordinating with business leaders, vendors, and distributed teams to ensure on-time success.

Qualifications

7+ years IT experience with at least 3+ years in ERP implementation project management.
PMP certification is required.
Strong experience managing Oracle ERP implementation projects (not upgrades).
Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS.
Experience in large enterprise environments with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle ERP solutions including Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS.
Manage all phases of projects: planning, budgeting, resource estimation, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate with business leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Oversee change management processes and obtain approvals for scope, schedule, and resource changes.
Monitor progress, resolve escalations, and provide status reports and dashboards to leadership.
