Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP certification required.
• 7+ years IT experience, 3+ years ERP PM.
• Hands-on Oracle ERP implementation experience (Cloud ERP & EBS).
• Experience with large enterprises and distributed teams.
• Strong leadership, planning and team management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Experience with project governance methodologies and SDLC.
• Analytical and problem-solving in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations including Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS.
• Manage all phases of projects: planning, budgeting, estimation, execution, risk management, stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with business leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, timeline, and budget.
• Oversee change management and approvals for scope, schedule, and resource changes.
• Monitor project progress, resolve escalations, and provide status reporting to leadership.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Build strong relationships with executives and distributed teams.
• Drive integration between business processes and Oracle ERP solutions.
• Coordinate development activities with vendors and contract resources as needed.
