Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an IT Project Manager II to deliver business outcomes from projects and manage teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This role oversees project plans, budgets, and success metrics across multiple initiatives within a dynamic supply chain environment.

The position requires 3–5 years in strategic planning and PM, with strong experience in logistics or warehousing. PMI certification and experience with tools like MS Project, Visio, Clarity, and Workfront are highly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, implementation, and systems integrations.
• Experience within Logistics, Warehousing or Transportation preferred.
• PMI certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working on project and portfolio management tools (Visio, MS Project, Clarity, Workfront, etc.).
• Experience with multiple project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with modern networking, software, and firmware technologies and architectures.
• Experience with enterprise financial management systems, human capital management systems, HighJump, Blue Yonder, and/or MercuryGate is a plus.
• Experience in establishing a product strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Typically responsible for 2 to 5 projects.
• Define and create project plans for project, portfolio, and product prioritization and implementation.
• Evaluate trade-offs between size, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.
• Build, lead, and coach multiple project teams through lifecycles.
• Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects.
• Ensure all projects meet ROI targets stated in the business case.
