Job summary

Paradigm Technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large IT initiatives for our client in the public utility sector. The role covers initiation through closeout, with strict cost, schedule, and quality controls, and requires coordinating across IT, engineering, and business teams.

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience managing multi-million-dollar programs, PMP certification, and proven ability to deliver within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• 7 or more years of experience managing large, complex projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets or large project portfolios
• Experience in public utility, regulated, or large enterprise environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of IT projects, from planning through implementation and closeout
• Manage large IT projects and/or portfolios ($7M-$15M budgets) / (cybersecurity, infrastructure, application upgrades/deployment, etc.)
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects, including executive and business stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional and Joint Project Teams (JPTs) to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives
