Job summary

North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking an IT Project Manager II (NS) to lead high visibility enterprise IT initiatives. You will drive projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications across cross-divisional efforts such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Microsoft platforms.

The role requires experience delivering complex projects, facilitating governance, and knowledge of DHHS structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field, Business Administration, Project Management, or closely related degree.
• Four years of experience in IT project management or technical project management related work.
