Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or computer science; master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex, high-visibility projects in a matrixed environment.
• Reliable self-starter with sound, objective decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to operate in a close-knit team.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, charters, communications plans, and metrics.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related office tools.
• Experience managing IT projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans, communicate tasks and milestones, and lead project teams.
• Develop project charter, business case, RAID log, communications plan, and metrics.
• Provide status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate process efficiency.
• Build relationships and negotiate in a matrixed environment.
