Job summary

CGS Administrators, LLC in Nashville is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to coordinate, lead, and deliver project initiatives across multiple teams. This onsite role requires strong leadership, governance, and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The successful candidate will manage project plans, risk, resources, and documentation, and will mentor teams while aligning with CMS/Medicare-related programs and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years IT leadership experience with 2+ years leading multiple project teams.
• Completion of BCBSSC Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and documentation from scope to post-implementation.
• Ensures deliverables are on budget and on scope per standards.
• Leads effective communications between all project stakeholders.
• Manages project issues, scope changes, and resource requirements throughout the life cycle.
• Ensures audit-ready documentation in line with ISSM requirements.
