The position supports program delivery with governance, strategic oversight, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams. Healthcare industry experience is preferred and PMP/PgMP certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project and program management.
• At least 1+ year in Healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans with milestones and deliverables across projects.
• Ensure program activities align with priorities and expected outcomes.
• Define and track benefits, KPIs, and value drivers with stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies across projects, vendors, and functions to minimize risk.
• Provide guidance to project teams and manage risks, issues, and escalations.
• Maintain program documentation including roadmaps, budgets, risks, and decisions.
