Job summary

Northwell Health seeks a Senior IT&S Project Manager to direct and coordinate large IT integration projects within the IT Facilities Mergers & Acquisitions team. Some travel is required as healthcare entities are onboarded into the Northwell Enterprise infrastructure.

The role requires 5–7 years of IT project management experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong leadership across clinical, financial, and quality teams. PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages project delivery teams and coordinates with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Assists in developing and maintaining project policies and procedures.
• Provides SME support for clinical and business information systems.
