Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Deployment Manager to lead global hardware and software deployments in support of the GMOS contract for the Department of State.

You will guide a high-performing team, develop deployment plans, and manage schedules, dependencies, and risks across multiple locations. Qualified candidates have 8+ years of related experience, a BA/BS degree, and an Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required plus 8+ years of related experience
• Active Secret clearance required
• Experience managing complex, enterprise IT deployments across multiple locations
• Ability to develop deployment plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resources
• Coordinate cross-functional deployment activities with technical teams, logistics, training, and stakeholders
• Experience in hardware and software deployments including installation planning and post-deployment activities
• Identify and mitigate deployment risks and adapt strategies to changing requirements
• Develop deployment metrics, dashboards, and executive-level status reports
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, processes and environments
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across senior program and government stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Leads physical deployment and installation activities for hardware/software upgrades worldwide
• Manages trip schedules with government approvals and ten-day advance planning
• Coordinates logistics across deployment, shipping/receiving, training, and deployment teams
• Delivers deployment tracking reports for self-installs and team activities
• Maintains installation and upgrade schedules with weekly updates
• Provides Tiger teams for special projects and surges in deployment
• Develops comprehensive project plans for special initiatives
• Leads major technical assignments and supervises staff as needed
