Job summary

Augusta University is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of IT projects under the Director, Project Management Office. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables for enterprise-wide initiatives.

You will coordinate vendor workflows, provide status reports, and ensure quality standards while guiding a team of project managers and collaborating with clients. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to mentor other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• PMI PMP credential and Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading IT projects in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact and lead for internal clients in the development and implementation of moderately complex projects.
• Develop and manage technical project plans aligned to scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate and integrate vendor workflows across multi-unit initiatives and review deliverables.
• Draft and deliver project status communication and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
